Pre wedding celebration // Mehndi in Glasgow, Scotland
On last Sunday we headed towards the Lansdowne restaurant in the west end of Glasgow to capture our couple celebrating the brides and grooms Mehndi. It was such a beautiful pre wedding celebration and I just love to capture all the little moments and the smiles on peoples faces.
The Mehndi was full of experiences and I took such lovely photos of all the guests doing henna tattoos and enjoying the food. In the a lot of the guests had prepped dances and the night ended on the dance floor. What I love about documentary style wedding photography is that I really can capture everything and I will all be part of the story. I love the moment of giving the photos to the bride and groom and they can see a little bit how beautifully I see them!
Let’s get in to the photos! The west end of Glasgow is full of beautiful streets and lovely little private gardens and it's just so perfect for documentary style wedding photography. The bride had found this little door frame with a lot of flowers and we decided to snap a couple of this gorgeous wedding couple. What I love about Glasgow weddings is that there is so much to do photography wise, literally everywhere you look is a beautiful street after another. I can not wait till Saturday for their wedding day!💖
