Let’s start with that this was literally the engagement session of my dreams! I already knew it would be a fun one since Natalie (my future bride) had told me that their favourite drink is an old fashioned and maybe we can start the shoot at the hotel bar capturing them in action! I always love when my couples come with ideas to do together and since I literally chose to capture my clients with documentary photography, this is a dreaam!

Celebrating the brides and grooms Mehndi! The west end of Glasgow is full of beautiful streets and lovely little private gardens. The bride had found this little door frame with a lot of flowers and we decided to snap a couple of this gorgeous wedding couple. What I love about Glasgow weddings is that there is so much to do photography wise, literally everywhere you look is a beautiful street after another. I can not wait till Saturday for their wedding day!

Documentary style photography story about a proposal in Cortona, Tuscany! Little did we know that he had something hidden in his jacket pocket. We got to the hill having conversations about our trips and we found the most perfect photo location for these two. I took a couple of photos with my film camera and then Nadav asked if we could take a photo with his phone as well. While the girlfriend Amit was admiring the views he ran back and bent down on one knee. Needless to say after these photos she said yes! ✨

I tell people I’m a destination wedding and elopement photographer with documentary style but I haven’t found a name for actually what I am. I love to capture people, tell their stories in different parts of their life, photograph their journey with real moments. Wedding photography in 35mm film is my love language. This beautiful wedding near Malaga was photographed with Kodak Portra 160 and it just really captures the emotions and the story of the day in a totally different and nostalgic way. Welcome to the wedding day filmed in the country side of Andalucia in Jerez de la Frontera. For the beautiful wedding couple I really wanted to capture the emotions, the deep connections and the vulnerability when the two of them met in front of the arch in the ceremony space. It all felt so special and I felt so grateful to be a part of their magical day. These two really deserved to have the best day of their lives surrounded by their friends and family. Saray and Ivan have the most beautiful calm and powerful energy and with that I think they can do anything they set their minds to.

This was one of my favourite shoots that I have ever done… Welcome to the elopement of Meri and Miika! These first wedding portraits have been taken on the most beautiful cliff in Malta. We started planning this shoot with the bride who is also a good friend of mine, it took about half a year from the idea to this magical evening. Meri has always been so good at anything what she takes on and it was so cool to see this idea come life. I really love to see when people take time for each other and organise a small gathering to celebrate love for each other.
